Please review the warranty policy and procedures below and contact our Customer Service Dept. if your magazine or grip needs repair or replacement.

 

 

Limited Lifetime Warranty

Your US PALM magazine and grip, manufactured in or after 2019, is warrantied against defects in materials and workmanship for the serviceable life of the product. Subject to the terms and conditions below, if we cannot repair your grip or magazine, we will replace it with a grip or magazine of equal value. To determine the date of manufacture, please look for the two-digit number on the left side of the magazine. The two digits in the circle on either side of the arrow represent the year your magazine was manufactured.

This warranty does not cover loss, theft, deliberate damage, abuse, misuse, defects or malfunctions resulting from misuse, ammunition failures or use of defective or improper ammunition, lack of maintenance, non-factory part installations, alterations or modifications to the magazine or grip, normal wear and tear, criminal misuse, negligence, use under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or cosmetic damage that does not hinder the performance of the product. US PALM alone shall determine whether the damage or claimed defects are covered by this warranty.

 

 

Warranty Service Procedure

US PALM is a brand owned by Century Arms Inc. All warranty claims are processed through the Century Arms Customer Service team. You can contact us by email at support@centuryarms.com or via the company website at www.centuryarms.com. An Authorized Representative can determine if factory service is required and how to proceed. If approved, a Return Authorization Number (RAN) will be provided, as well as instructions for returning the products. A RAN must be obtained from Customer Service to initiate repair service. Do not attempt to return your grip or magazine without first contacting the company. Magazines or grips returned to US PALM without a RAN may be denied warranty service.

If your magazine or grip must be returned to the facility, you will be responsible to pay the freight charges. Magazines or grips must be detached or removed from the firearm for warranty service. Shipments containing magazines or grips still attached to or installed in a firearm will be declined. Please ensure all magazines are unloaded prior to shipping.

When the magazine or grip is received, it will be inspected to determine if it is a proper claim for warranty repair. If it is determined that the magazine or grip is not repairable, we will replace the magazine or grip with the same product or a magazine or grip of similar feature, value, and product class at our sole determination and at no replacement cost to you. US PALM will pay the freight charges to return the repaired or replaced magazine or grip to the owner.

 

 

Limitations of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, US PALM, AND ALL OTHER INDIVIDUALS OR ENTITIES IN THE CHAIN OF MANUFACTURING OR DISTRIBUTION OF US PALM PRODUCTS, HEREBY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, OTHER THAN THOSE EXPRESSLY PROVIDED HEREIN, INCLUDING ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. TO THE EXTENT THAT APPLICABLE LAW DOES NOT PERMIT FOR SUCH A DISCLAIMER, ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARE HEREBY LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE EXTENT OF THE LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY PROVIDED ABOVE.

US PALM shall not be liable for any incidental, special or consequential damages that result from the performance and use of the products, even if US PALM has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitations of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state to state.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the above warranty terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Florida in and for all disputes arising out of or relating to this warranty policy.

US PALM reserves the right to change or alter this warranty policy.
